Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
To initiate your return, please call us at 951-790-2841 or send un an email at [email protected]. One of our support staff will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and how long the refund process will take.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Common reasons items are not approved for a refund:
- Item is outside the 30-day return period
- A return was not authorized by our staff
- The original packaging is missing
- Item is obviously used and not in it’s original condition.
- Missing parts
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: the address provided by our support staff.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped you the wrong item. If we provide you with a return label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service to ensure it was shipped and delivered.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all items being returned unless it was a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent.
